Given the success of the flagship store in Whitefish Bay, it is only logical that more elements studios would be developed in Milwaukee and the immediately surrounding area. As Milwaukee-based owners, we are considering developing the Milwaukee area ourselves but would certainly entertain selling the rights to a qualified individual.
So let's look at Milwaukee and the areas we see in need of an elements:
Milwaukee - East Side
The East Side of Milwaukee has long been inhabited by a population with an appreciation for wellness and good health. Vegetarian and organic food stores and restaurants have done very well here as have coffee houses and other establishments aiming to provide a relaxing experience. The elements experience dovetails perfectly into this setting. We certainly envision having a presence on Milwaukee's East Side in very short order.
Milwaukee - Downtown
The Third Ward is probably the most likely spot here although that's not set in stone. Milwaukee's downtown is populated with a high concentration of people with time and money which can only be a good thing for an elements owner. The recent condo book as created a new downtown economy and it will not be hard to attract residents of downtown to the elements experience. We will be on the lookout for locations with excellent foot traffic and/or good parking options as this will be a big part of a winning formula in downtown Milwaukee.
Milwaukee - Wauwatosa
Wauwatosa, with its dense and affluent population is an obvious choice for elements. Tosa is known for its focus on environmental and physical well being. This is a good thing for elements as we deliver massage in a better package at a better price than about anyone out there.
Milwaukee - Greendale
There are many nice communities south of downtown but Greendale is probably the most upscale. There are a number of shopping areas in Greendale with a boutique-like feel and one of these is probably an excellent choice for us. Also, Greendale is very well located to pull people in from neighboring areas.
